Where We Work
Ambient Agent® installs enforced AI control where regulatory exposure, operational risk, and accountable leadership meet.
For banks, building societies, asset managers, and insurers, AI governance is now a regulatory compliance requirement under existing rules. SM&CR places individual accountability on the people who deploy AI. Consumer Duty requires demonstrable fair outcomes. PRA model-risk guidance (SS1/23) applies to AI models. You have policy. You do not have enforced control.
For energy, utilities, telecoms, and water operators, AI is an operational risk as well as a productivity tool. The EU AI Act classifies critical-infrastructure AI use as high-risk. The June 2026 omnibus deferred those obligations to December 2027, but the classification is unchanged, and the systems being deployed today will be in scope when enforcement lands. Ofgem and Ofwat are already embedding AI risk into operational resilience expectations now.
For NHS Trusts and independent providers, AI in clinical and operational pathways carries direct patient-safety and regulatory implications. The MHRA AI as a Medical Device classification is active. Clinical safety standards (DCB0129, DCB0160) require evidenced governance. The AI Control System provides the structured oversight that clinical-safety regulators expect.
For central government departments, ALBs, and NHS organisations, the Algorithmic Transparency Recording Standard is mandatory. ICO automated decision-making guidance is tightening, and the ICO is now under a statutory duty to produce a code of practice on AI and automated decision-making. The AI Control System supports the structured oversight and evidence that public sector governance demands.
Regulation Alignment
The Ambient Agent® operating model is cross-referenced against the EU AI Act, UK GDPR and sector regulator expectations (FCA, PRA, Ofgem, Ofwat, MHRA, ICO), NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001. Each sector deployment is mapped against the relevant regulatory obligations. The alignment is documented, auditable, and verifiable.
Two weeks. Fixed fee. A scored, board-ready report on exactly where your AI control stands, and the plan to close the gap.
