How It Works
Ambient Agent® is an AI Control System for regulated enterprises. It is an installed operating model, not a tool and not a consultancy retainer.
Five Stages
Between every stage sits a control gate. The gate opens on evidence, not on elapsed time. That single design choice is why the system holds up in front of a board, an auditor, or a regulator.
The install runs six weeks when the pathway is clear: a named sponsor, identifiable AI activity, pre-briefed IT and security, and client support on hand. Where those conditions are built during the engagement, plan for eight to twelve weeks. Scaling follows the 90-day roadmap the install produces.
The Architecture
The Six Engines
Identifies the control gap and creates the deployment plan.
Baselines the workforce and determines who can build, operate, and govern AI.
Installs enforced gates, decision rights, registration, review, and access rules.
Measures business impact from AI activity so adoption is tied to outcomes.
Creates board and regulator-facing evidence across usage, risk, capability, and value.
Equips leaders to explain the change clearly, without programme noise.
Category Clarity
Standards
The AI Control System is designed to support organisations pursuing ISO/IEC 42001 certification. The diagnostic includes an ISO 42001 readiness assessment. The install produces a documented Regulation Alignment Matrix mapped against the EU AI Act, UK GDPR and sector regulator expectations (FCA, PRA, Ofgem, Ofwat, MHRA, ICO), NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.
Two weeks. Fixed fee. A scored, board-ready report on exactly where your AI control stands, and the plan to close the gap.
